No Resale

This site is a seller to final end user for customers in Australia only. Goods are not to be purchased for resale in any form.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Michelle Paul Designs allows the return of faulty goods within a 14 day period as long as all goods have not been used, worn and are in original condition. You must also provide proof of purchase and pay for any return postage costs involved.

Exchanges are only available for faulty goods and the customer must also pay for the postage costs involved with returning good for exchange.

Michelle Paul Designs does not allow for returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items unless goods are faulty.
